Due anni fa mi è stato diagnosticato un tumore alla prostata. Operazione riuscita, grazie a Dio, ma le conseguenze sono quelle che sono. In Italia la lista d’attesa per una protesi peniena dopo prostatectomia radicale era diventata di quasi 5 anni. Cinque anni. Ho 58 anni, non avevo intenzione di aspettare.Ho fatto le mie ricerche e ho scelto la Turchia. Tra le cliniche che ho trovato questa mi sembrava la più seria, le recensioni erano dettagliate e credibili. Ho contattato, ho fatto domande, ho ricevuto risposte chiare. Il dottor Onuk aveva esperienza specifica con pazienti post-prostatectomia, cosa che per me era fondamentale perché l’anatomia cambia dopo quell’intervento.Il pacchetto includeva tutto, trasferimenti, hotel, traduzione. Sono arrivato da solo e non mi sono mai sentito perso. La traduttrice era presente in ogni momento importante.Il dottor Onuk è esattamente il tipo di medico che vuoi avere: calmo, preciso, ti spiega le cose senza semplificare troppo ma anche senza confonderti. Mi ha messo a mio agio immediatamente.L’intervento è andato bene. Il follow-up è stato costante, anche da casa. La clinica risponde sempre, anche per domande che magari sembrano piccole. Per chi si trova nella mia situazione, tra cancro e lista d’attesa infinita, questa è una soluzione reale. La consiglio senza esitazioni.

Last December, I went to the Clinic for a medical issue. The doctors there suggested to go for a surgery as one time solution, but he also mentioned about a non-surgical treatment, but warned me that it might not be very effective due to my diabetes. So i went for the non surgical treatment which did help somewhat, but it wasn’t enough, so we decided to do a surgery on the next visit . The surgery went smoothly, although I did experience some pain on the first night afterwards. After that, everything was okay.

Overall, I had a great experience at the Clinic. I want to give a special shoutout to Yaman, who was there for me throughout the entire process.

I’ve had erectile dysfunction for 6 years because of diabetes. Started with pills, worked for a while then even 200mg stopped doing anything. Moved to direct injections, stronger yes, but a whole different nightmare. The refrigeration, the preparation, and honestly I hate needles in general so injecting myself there every time was mentally exhausting. no spontaneity in your life whatsoever. I said enough. my doctor said the only option left was an implant. It didn’t sit well with me at first. but after researching more I came across this clinic’s website and found answers to questions I didn’t even know I had yet. reached out, they reassured me about my current situation and what life looks like after the procedure.

I was talking to around 10 clinics at the same time. What made me choose these guys was clear: they didn’t push for a booking from the first conversation, they asked for my full medical history and reports before explaining anything, they replied fast without making you wait hours, and they were completely transparent throughout. the thing I couldn’t find anywhere else was how they explained the differences between ams 700, rigicon, and coloplast in actual detail. Every other clinic worked with one brand and told you it was the best. here they knew all the manufacturers and worked with them and broke down the differences objectively and left the decision to me.

I arrived in Istanbul midnight, driver at the airport, 5 star hotel called Grand Michel, really nice. First day was rest, next day met the doctor and full team. translator yaman was there, shoutout to him. the doctor sat with me for a full 15 minutes explaining everything before we went into the operating room. That alone settled my nerves a lot.

next day of the surgery I could walk, not like before obviously, steps were slow and careful, but I was on my feet. I expected to be stuck in bed the whole day or a week so that surprised me. but the hardest part of the whole trip? getting the urinary catheter removed before leaving the hospital. harder than the surgery itself ))). The doctor also came to check on me personally that night in the hospital.

Now I’m in recovery, waiting for the activation period to finish. Will write an update later but so far this experience is 10/10.

I travelled from New Zealand to Istanbul for a penile implant procedure. New Zealand is on the other side of the world, and as a very small country (under 5 million people), access to highly specialised urological care can be limited. After a long and difficult journey with this condition, I chose this clinic because of its reputation and expertise — and they exceeded every expectation.

I have suffered from non-specific prostatitis since I was around 22 years old. For many years, medication managed the condition reasonably well. However, by my late 40s, my erectile dysfunction had significantly worsened. Tablets were no longer effective, and I had to rely on Trimix injections. These required refrigeration and often caused bruising, discomfort, and anxiety. It was not a sustainable or dignified long-term solution, and it became both physically and mentally exhausting.

From the very first point of contact, the translator and patient coordinator were outstanding — professional, calm, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. Coming from the other side of the world and being in a country where many people do not speak English, this support was invaluable. My translator stayed with me throughout the pre-operative tests and appointments, ensuring nothing was missed and that I fully understood every step.

The Istanbul urologist was truly exceptional. He was kind, patient, and highly professional, taking the time to carefully listen to my long medical history and explain everything in detail. There was no rushing and no pressure — just genuine care, confidence, and respect. After years of frustration and disappointment, being treated with such dignity meant a great deal to me.

On the night following the procedure, the urologist personally came to see me, checked on my recovery, and took the time to explain the warranty and long-term support for the implant. That level of personal follow-up and reassurance is something I had never experienced before and clearly showed his pride in his work and genuine concern for his patients.

The clinic also arranged everything around my stay, including transport to and from the airport, hospital, and appointments, which removed a huge amount of stress. Accommodation was organised in a very comfortable hotel, all medications were prepared for me, and the aftercare service was excellent, with clear instructions and ongoing support once I left the hospital.

The hospital staff were kind, polite, and professional, and the overall standard of care was world-class. I felt safe, supported, and genuinely looked after from start to finish.

I am deeply grateful to this clinic and the entire team. I would confidently recommend them to anyone — especially international patients — who are considering this procedure. If you are suffering and feel you have run out of options, know that solutions do exist, and this team truly delivers them.

I traveled from USA to get a 3 piece penile implant surgery. From the very beginning the staff were extremely patient and helpful in making me understand the different procedures available for my case and their pros and cons. What I really liked about this clinic compared to others is how casual they were in giving me the information I needed without pressuring me into committing. I tried few other clinics and surgeons in turkey simultaneously while I was talking to them but the other places lacked the knowledge or the patience to answer my questions plus they were more pushy towards making me commit to a surgery date.

I did my own research based on the information the staff provided but whenever I had ideas or wanted to compare different procedures or equipment they were so knowledgeable and thorough with their responses in a timely manner irrespective of the time difference. Within 3 weeks I felt very comfortable booking my trip to come get the surgery.

Their overall coordination interms of the transportation, accommodation and everything before and after the surgery was flawless and well coordinated. I met with the Dr in person the next day after I landed and Within minutes he gave me an impression that he’s a very skilled surgeon. I was reassured that I made the right decision by choosing them. The surgery went smoothly and they were there during the recovery and the post op follow-up questions and instructions, etc., I highly recommend this clinic and staff to anyone traveling from overseas with a lot of anxiety and stress. Once you meet them all of that’ll go away and they’ll put you at ease. I’m very happy with the procedure, as for the device itself I’ll have to use it for 6 months or so to provide feedback.
